FAQ

We accept all major international credit and debit cards. Our payment portal is encrypted and secured by Stripe and we do not receive or hold any of your card details on our servers.

Our brand name remains Kels Original and will continue to be displayed on our sunglasses boxes, hangtags, website, and other market access points.

However, we also use the name Kels® as a shortened and memorable version of our brand. We are incorporating Kels® on more consumer touchpoints to better resonate with how our consumers refer to our brand.

Kels currently ship worldwide using the best available couriers to delivery your sunglasses in the fastest possible time.

At Kels, we believe that you should invest your time in doing what brings you joy. With that in mind, we’ve crafted our delivery and packaging service to enable you to receive your Kels order without delay.

Our delivery partners are Royal Mail and DHL who can deliver almost anywhere in the world within just a few days.

All Kels orders are shipped from the UK, so any UK shipments will not be subject to additional charges.

Orders to the following destinations are inclusive of all taxes and duties and will not be subject to any additional charges on delivery:

UK, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Orders to other destinations may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Usually, the value of your order will be below any import thresholds and no additional charges will apply, however, this is at the discretion of your local government import policies. If duties or taxes do apply they must be rendered by yourself in order for your package to be delivered. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information.

If you have any further questions, get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

We don’t offer prescription lenses or inserts for our sunglasses or goggles at the moment. However, it’s something we’re working on for the future.

Clean the sunglasses lenes by using lukewarm water and mild/neutral soap if necessary. Do not use hot water to clean sunglasses, as it can damage some lens coatings. Gently rub both sides of the lenses and rinse off when finished cleaning.

Do not use paper to dry the sunglasses. Use the microfibre pouch (which accompanies the sunglasses) to dry the lenes.

Do not expose your sunglasses to temperatures over +80c or below -22c. If your lenes become scratched this may affect the UV protection and visibility.

Lens scratches are not covered by the Kels 2 year guarantee.

We’ve done everything we can to make our lenses scratch-resistant but unfortunately, it’s just not possible to make scratch-proof lenses. For this reason, we provide lens care instructions and a 100% microfibre pouch to store and clean your Kels.
