If you have a damaged item that needs to be replaced, please send a photo of the item to info@kelsoriginal.com with your order number, and a member of staff will be in touch with you.
Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, theft or anything unrelated to poor manufacturing and workmanship will not be considered for replacement.
Are lenes covered under the warranty?
Although our lenes are scratch resistant, any scratches on the lenses are regarded as a normal consequence of wear and is not covered by the warranty.
