At the heart of every Kels frame is Grilamid BTR 600 LS, a high-performance material chosen for its combination of strength, flexibility and lightweight comfort.
Made with 58% plant and bio-mass content, it helps reduce reliance on traditional fossil-based raw materials while still delivering the durability and performance we expect from our eyewear.
Its excellent heat resistance and low weight make it particularly well suited to sunglasses designed for active days outdoors.

Our sunglasses use lightweight polycarbonate lenses with UV400 protection, helping protect your eyes from UVA and UVB rays during long days outside.
The lenses are also finished with a scratch-resistant coating to improve durability, while Category 3 protection makes them well suited to bright outdoor conditions.
